What is a Corporate Track Day?

A corporate track day is a professionally hosted business experience built around driving on a racing circuit.

Companies use our experiences to reward teams, entertain clients, or mark milestones in a way that feels genuinely memorable and not transactional.

What it isn’t, is a niche motorsport day reserved only for petrol heads or racing drivers. No prior experience is required, and it’s an experience designed for all abilities and confidence levels. This is a premium hospitality experience, with catering, attentive hosting, and full flexibility to meet your needs.

Fun fact: 88% of our corporate clients return the following year.

“The most effective corporate event we’ve ever done. This is now our flagship annual event.”

Who Is

It For?

  1. Leadership teams rewarding performance.

  2. Professional services firms hosting valued clients.

  3. Founders marking growth and milestones.

  4. HR and People teams creating shared experiences.

It suits mixed groups, different personalities, and all levels of confidence. Some people drive. Some ride along. Some simply enjoy the setting.

You don’t need to love cars. You just need to value your people and your relationships.

What Happens on the Day?

Group of six people standing in a pit lane garage at Silverstone next to black sports cars with gold rims, some engaging in conversation and one person wearing a helmet.

Our hosting team will welcome you and your guests at your chosen arrival time with complimentary tea, coffee or a selection of cold drinks, before providing your drivers wristbands and a safety briefing.

You’ll head out on track for your sighting lap sessions first - these are slower laps designed to get you familiar with the track and the car.

Then - complete freedom and no speed limits. Drive to your hearts content with our ‘all you can drive’ buffet model; we don’t restrict you on how many times you can head out and drive. This means each guest can take it at their own pace.

We’ll break for lunch at 12:00 and resume driving at 13:00. The day ends with a group photo opportunity and a driver of the day award ceremony at 17:00, plus each guest will receive a complimentary gift voucher from us.

  • Don’t worry: We’ll still run the day in the wet - in fact these are often the most fun days out on track.

You and your guests will always have shelter from the weather. In extreme weather conditions we may need to pause or reschedule your event. However, in severe weather we reserve the right to pause driving, reschedule, or cancel the event: Some of the cars we operate - such as the Radical - cannot be safely operated in heavy rain.
