What is a Corporate Track Day?

A corporate track day is a professionally hosted business experience built around driving on a racing circuit.

Companies use these experiences to reward teams, entertain clients, or mark milestones in a way that feels genuinely memorable and not transactional.

What it isn’t, is a niche motorsport day reserved only for petrol heads or racing drivers. No prior experience is required, and these experiences are designed for all abilities and confidence levels. This is a premium hospitality experience, with catering, attentive hosting, and full flexibility to meet your needs.

Who Is

It For?

  1. Leadership teams rewarding performance.

  2. Professional services firms hosting valued clients.

  3. Founders marking growth and milestones.

  4. HR and People teams creating shared experiences.

It suits mixed groups, different personalities, and all levels of confidence. Some people drive. Some ride along. Some simply enjoy the setting.

You don’t need to love cars. You just need to value your people and your relationships.

What Happens on the Day?

Group of six people standing in a pit lane garage at Silverstone next to black sports cars with gold rims, some engaging in conversation and one person wearing a helmet.

Your team will be welcomed by your dedicated hosts at your chosen circuit, with optional tea, coffee or a selection of cold drinks, before providing your drivers wristbands and a safety briefing.

You’ll head out on track for your sighting lap sessions first - these are slower laps designed to get you familiar with the track and the car.

Then - complete freedom and no speed limits. Drive to your hearts content with an ‘all you can drive’ buffet model; no restrictions on how many times you can head out and drive. This means each guest can take it at their own pace.

You’ll break for lunch at 12:00 or 13:00 and resume driving after an hour. You have the option to book a private suite for your group, with breakfast & lunch in-suite. The day ends with a group photo opportunity and a driver of the day award ceremony.
