What is a Corporate Track Day?
A corporate track day is a professionally hosted business experience built around driving on a racing circuit.
Companies use our experiences to reward teams, entertain clients, or mark milestones in a way that feels genuinely memorable and not transactional.
What it isn’t, is a niche motorsport day reserved only for petrol heads or racing drivers. No prior experience is required, and it’s an experience designed for all abilities and confidence levels. This is a premium hospitality experience, with catering, attentive hosting, and full flexibility to meet your needs.
Fun fact: 88% of our corporate clients return the following year.
“The most effective corporate event we’ve ever done. This is now our flagship annual event.”
- Sophie Haskins, Managing Partner, Haskins & Lowe
Who Is
It For?
Leadership teams rewarding performance.
Professional services firms hosting valued clients.
Founders marking growth and milestones.
HR and People teams creating shared experiences.
It suits mixed groups, different personalities, and all levels of confidence. Some people drive. Some ride along. Some simply enjoy the setting.
You don’t need to love cars. You just need to value your people and your relationships.
What Happens on the Day?
Our hosting team will welcome you and your guests at your chosen arrival time with complimentary tea, coffee or a selection of cold drinks, before providing your drivers wristbands and a safety briefing.
You’ll head out on track for your sighting lap sessions first - these are slower laps designed to get you familiar with the track and the car.
Then - complete freedom and no speed limits. Drive to your hearts content with our ‘all you can drive’ buffet model; we don’t restrict you on how many times you can head out and drive. This means each guest can take it at their own pace.
We’ll break for lunch at 12:00 and resume driving at 13:00. The day ends with a group photo opportunity and a driver of the day award ceremony at 17:00, plus each guest will receive a complimentary gift voucher from us.
How much does it cost?
£600 +VAT per-person*
*Average per-person price. Pricing ranges from £485pp to over £1,000pp depending on the number of guests, venue, and level of hospitality. Pricing subject to VAT.

-
We will always provide you with a safety briefing before you drive, and we provide all of your safety equipment too.
Every time you get into a racing car, you will have an ARDS certified racing driver alongside you, to keep you safe and bring you up to speed with the car.
Your first few laps in any car will be what we call sighting laps. These are slower laps, designed to get you familiarised with the circuit itself, as well as the car.
Safety is our number one priority at any of our events.
-
All of our cars are insured.
By default, you are responsible for the excess on the policy. For peace of mind, we offer something called a Collision Damage Waiver (CDW). It is optional, it costs only £99 + VAT per-person, and it reduces your liability from the maximum insurance excess (£15,000) to just £1,000.
-
All drivers must be 21+ to drive, and will need to bring a drivers license with them on the day.
For under 18’s or those without a license, we can offer passenger experiences as a substitute, with one of our professional racing drivers at the wheel.
-
Don’t worry: We’ll still run the day in the wet - in fact these are often the most fun days out on track.
You and your guests will always have shelter from the weather. In extreme weather conditions we may need to pause or reschedule your event.
-
Yes - certainly. Your guests and spectators are welcome, and will no doubt enjoy our hospitality from the various viewing areas at each circuit, where they can see all the action on-track.
Got a few attendees who’d prefer to be a passenger only? No problem - there’s no pressure - our instructors can take you on track for a passenger experience.
-
You get to choose the cars from our fleet.
Typically we will include one car for every six guests. So as an example, an event with 12 guests would include two cars.
You get to pick them (or we can make a recommendation). Your choice will not affect the cost of your day.
